How long will my order take? Orders will take about 2 weeks to ship; it can take 3 weeks if you have ordered a custom frame. Can I see the canvas quality before purchasing? Yes, we have numerous participating stores across the country that will show you samples of our quality canvas. For a list of stores, please see our Host Store link. Can I clean my canvas? Sure you can! Use a damp cloth to lightly dust over your canvas. Can I return my canvas? We take every precaution to make sure your finished canvas is the best it can be. We’re sorry but we will not accept returns. Can I custom order a specific size other than what you offer? We are always open to creativity.
